Glassio Studio works with interior designers, architects, hospitality teams, and private clients planning coordinated glass lighting and decorative pieces. Whether you need pendants for a restaurant, bedside lights for guest rooms, or a collection of hand-blown vases, a clear project brief helps us discuss the right options.

Start with the design and quantity

Send the product links or reference images you like, together with the quantity of each design. Tell us whether all pieces should match or whether you want a coordinated mix across rooms. Include the project name, location, and how the pieces will be used.

Specify the dimensions that matter

For lighting, include the glass diameter, desired fixture height, ceiling height, and complete hanging drop from ceiling to the lowest point. For wall lights, include the space available above, below, and in front of the mounting point.

For vases or decorative glass, include the height, widest diameter, opening size, and intended use. Mark the measurements that are essential and those where there is flexibility. Available dimensions depend on the design and must be confirmed with the studio.

Coordinate colors and finishes

Use the numbered color chart from your chosen listing. For stacked glass, list the colors from top to bottom. Add the preferred metal finish and cord color where applicable. Photos of the room, materials, or a mood board help us understand the overall palette.

Hand-blown glass has individual variations. If close matching across a large set is important, raise this at the start so we can discuss the appearance and expectations before production.

Share the installation requirements

Tell us the destination country and whether you need a hardwired or plug-in arrangement. For multiple pendants, describe the ceiling points and whether you are considering individual or shared canopies. Your installer should confirm the mounting and electrical requirements.

For a commercial project, send any required technical documents, approvals, or certification requirements at the enquiry stage. We will confirm what can be supplied before you place an order.

Plan the schedule and delivery

Include your target installation date, delivery country and postal code, and whether you need all items together or in separate deliveries. Larger or customized projects need a project-specific production and shipping plan. Standard listing processing times should not be assumed to cover every bulk order.

We will discuss design availability, quantities, pricing, production timing, packing, and delivery details with you. Confirm the agreed specifications, payment terms, and applicable return or cancellation terms before ordering.
