Glassio Studio accepts returns and exchanges for its current standard listings, including change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
30-day return window
- Contact us and ship your item back within 30 days of delivery.
- Return the item unused and in its original condition. Pack glass carefully to protect it during the return journey.
- Check the policy on your chosen listing before purchase. Any terms for a separately quoted bespoke project must be agreed before ordering.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email Glassiohandmade@gmail.com. Include your order number and tell us whether you need a return or exchange.
- We will provide the return address and instructions for your order.
- Send the item back by mail or courier within the 30-day window. The customer arranges the return label and shipping.
Return shipping and fees
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a fixed restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund timing
Our standard refund processing time is 4 days after receipt of the returned item. Contact us with your order number if you need an update on a return or refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item, outer box and internal packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and confirm the next steps.
